Ryan J. Brant
Founder, President/CEO

Ryan Brant is a motivated, self-determined business executive who currently resides in the Annapolis, Maryland area. Ryan is the founder and President/CEO for Positive-Strides. Ryan's passion to help injured athletes comes from his personal experiences, which include four knee surgeries and a back surgery. Ryan was a four-time Division 1 scholar-athlete at The Ohio State University and Hofstra University. Ryan graduated on the Dean’s List from the Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University. Ryan is heavily involved in his community and strives to make an impact.


Dennis Brant
Vice President, Business Development/Sponsorship

Dennis Brant is a Business Owner, Executive and Entrepreneur with a strong background and significant experience in sales, marketing and fundraising. He has successfully owned, managed, and sold businesses, as well as provided business development, marketing and fundraising-consulting services in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. He currently provides his services to travel companies and non-profit organizations such as Positive-Strides, Chris Baker 92 Foundation, Military Bowl, Tewaaraton Foundation, and many others. Dennis was a two-sport athlete at Eastern Kentucky University and a Division 1 Head Baseball Coach at George Washington University. His athletic experience and business experience allows him to work with organizations such as those listed above.


Tyler Brant
Director, Business Development and Event Sponsorships 

Tyler Brant is a business executive who started his career in the mortgage industry but has since excelled in the non-profit sector. He has established a name for himself in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area as a philanthropy innovator and fundraiser. His skill set has lead him to work with organizations such as the Chris Baker 92 Foundation, Historic Annapolis, Military Bowl and many others. Tyler was born and raised in the Washington DC area and attended St. John’s College High School and Hofstra University where he was a member of the men's lacrosse team. Tyler is well connected, experienced and successful in helping organizations in need of fundraising support and fulfillment.


Sally Masteroberti
Program Director (volunteer)

Sally played Division 1 Volleyball for West Virginia University where she received a Bachelor of Science with double major in Physical Education and Special Education. She then went on to receive a Masters Degree from Loyola College in Reading.

Sally is a mother of three and nationally certified in Early Childhood and Special Needs education. She has worked with Anne Arundel County Public Schools for the past 31 years in this capacity. Currently working with Positive-Strides to develop a Standardized Concussion Management protocol for use in youth, high school and NCAA institutions.



John Walker 
Program Director (volunteer)

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Law and Legal Systems with a minor in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. John was a lacrosse player at West Point where he served as team Captain in his senior year and finished as a 3-time All-American.  Upon graduation he spent his first three years serving as a Field Artillery Officer in the US Army and retired as a Captain in 2009. After his time in service he spent the previous five years coaching Division I collegiate lacrosse at the University of Virginia and Princeton.  In 2011 he was an assistant coach and defensive coordinator for UVA’s National Championship team.  Last summer John decided to take his leadership training into the business world and pursue a career at PepsiCo. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family as well as being in the outdoors hunting and fishing.
